By accessing or using SupaResume ("the Service") at suparesume.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

SupaResume provides free, AI-powered tools to create, improve, and tailor resumes. The Service includes a resume builder, AI-assisted content improvement, job-description tailoring, and related features. All features are provided free of charge to individual users.

User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account (e.g., via Google sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (e.g., resume text, uploaded documents). By using the Service, you grant SupaResume a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your resumes or personal data.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or create false credentials in resumes intended to deceive employers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest, rephrase, and generate resume content. AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point—you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all content in your resume before submitting it to employers. SupaResume does not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content (e.g., blog articles), is owned by SupaResume and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission, except for your own resume content which you own.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in employment or interviews.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaResume and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or any other intangible losses—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google for authentication, analytics providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SupaResume is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., limitation of liability, intellectual property) will continue to apply.
